Growing up on the farm Travis saw firsthand what the genre of country music was all about. Witnessing hard work, struggle, pain, love, loss, family, and faith all helped shape him into the artist he is today. Like his heroes that have come before him, Travis seeks honesty and sincerity in his music. His songs are like stories being passed down from one generation to another. His voice and style is raw and unique, but you’ll swear you’ve heard him before in some smokey honky tonk on a Saturday night. Through his Missouri raising and Nashville teaching, Travis is doing his damnedest to keep the tradition of country music alive.
