Festivals can uplift and bring together communities. In the case of Biscuits, Beats and Brews, its Rocheport location give attendees a chance to explore the nearby Katy Trail and the town's businesses. Ozark Mountain Biscuit and Bar owner Bryan Maness says this has been the goal since launching the free, family-friendly festival in 2021.
